  You-Bolt Building Kit - Our goal is to provide a quality engineered pre-cut building kit that will fit your needs and yet have simple construction methods for the do-it-yourselfer. We currently offer these building kits in several standard sizes and can be shipped anywhere in the United States. OUr bolt up building kits have a 3/12 roof pitch. Signed Engineering documents are available for a fee.

Standard features of the pre-cut building kits:

• Wall panels of 29 gage (0.0172 inches) metal with a siliconized polester finish with a 20 year finish warranty.
• Roof panels of 29 gage (0.0172 inches) metal with galvalume finish.
• Primary frame members of 11 gage (0.1196 inches) prime painted steel.
• Secondary frame members of 16 gage (0.0598 inches) prime painted steel.
• Framed for one (1) service door and one (1) 10’-0” wide by 8’-0” high overhead door.
• All sheet metal trim and closure pieces required for a complete building.
• Installation instructions & drawings.
• All required screws, bolts, nuts and other fasteners as required for the assembly of the building kit.
